Sorry for the 6 month delay in posting but it has taken a lot of time and concentration for both Adam and I to finish our college careers but we did it!! We have been enjoying having the past few weeks off and are excited about future plans.
Even though I've graduated, I have an internship left to officially get my degree in Public Health. Adam will be starting his new job here in Salt Lake with Myriad Genetics. This is a very exciting job for him and one that we have been praying about for weeks that he may be chosen for. He will be working there for the next few years while med school preparations will continue. After my internship I will hopefully find a full time or part time job.
So we just got back from a cruise last week and It was a ton of fun! We were really nervous because the weather said that it was going to be bad, but it was perfect! We went and visited Montego Bay Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico. In Jamaica we went on a rafting trip (a relaxing one, not like the extreme ones) where we just floated just the two of us down a beautiful river. We got to eat some authentic Jamaican Jerk chicken afterwards which was what Adam was looking forward to most. In Grand Cayman we went on a shore excursion where we got to go snorkeling with stingrays. I personally was not too excited about sting rays but Adam and my dad were way excited. In cozumel we just did some shopping and relaxed. It was great to finally get some sun, especially since the day we left utah it snowed!! It was also great being in texas and getting to see family and eat pappasitos (My favorite!!). All in all a great vacation!
